Billing and Accounts Payables Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and service requests.
- Greet and support walk-in customers with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
- Communicate clearly and professionally via email and written correspondence.
- Assist customers with ordering fuel and propane parts, lubricants, and oil.
- Efficiently and accurately process customer invoices and equipment leases.
- Maintain inventory levels and place timely orders with vendors.
- Accurately process accounts payables, EFTs, and credit card transactions.
- Collaborate with drivers, service technicians, and office staff to ensure smooth operations and communication.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and written formats.
- Previous experience in customer service, office support, or inventory management.
- Proficient in 10-key and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude—even under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
Diesel Mechanic/Technician
Due to expansion, we are looking to grow our team in the Auto and Truck Repair Shop. We are looking for a Full-Time Diesel Mechanic/Technician. Join a growing team of positive, energetic mechanics. Experience preferred but willing to train the right person. Work in an air-conditioned shop with modern, high tech and up-to-date diagnostic tools. Training courses and tuition reimbursement are available. Benefits include health and life insurance, company match 401K, paid time off, and paid holidays. Competitive pay is based on experience. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.

We’re looking for a strong leader and communicator who is dedicated to customer service and supports the Store Manager. Previous management experience and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the store’s needs are required. Deli experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate.
