Dave McDowell, Big Foot Gas & Grocery Store Manager with his family
Managing Big Foot Gas & Grocery involves a variety of leadership duties for Dave. He is focused on the customers! Several of Dave’s daily tasks are all about the customers, in the kitchen making up the specials for the day. Daily operations of managing a business with ordering, managing inventory, bookwork, training, and developing the team are just a few more duties that Dave covers. Big Foot Gas & Grocery has a large bait area along with lots of fishing and hunting equipment. Local vendors have a consignment section of pottery and arts that have been made locally. There is also souvenir Big Foot merchandise. Dave keeps this all organized and managed. Dave knows his customers and always greets them by name. You’ll always get a warm and friendly welcome when you come into the store. Big Foot Gas & Grocery has a large food option menu and Dave is known for making the best-broasted chicken recipe around! Customers rave about the chicken! Dave’s favorite part of his job is the people, the customers!
In his spare time, he likes to play with his kids and work on home remodeling projects. Dave is a dedicated and important part of the Big Foot Gas & Grocery and Rahn’s Oil & Propane team. We’re lucky to work with him. Say hello next time you visit Big Foot Gas & Grocery!

This is one of eight fuel stations that Rahn’s Oil & Propane owns across central Minnesota.
