With our Rahn’s Oil & Propane mobile app, available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, you can now keep an eye on your propane levels anytime, anywhere. You can use the app to:
- Monitor Your Tank Level: No more guessing games—check your propane level instantly, no matter where you are.
- Pay Your Bill: Enjoy the convenience of managing your payments directly from your mobile device.
- Schedule Propane Delivery: Need a refill? Schedule your propane delivery with just a few clicks.
Getting started is simple!
Go to Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for “Rahn’s Oil & Propane,” look for our red app icon with our logo, and click “install”. After installing the app, you’ll be prompted to complete a one-time registration using your account number, house number, email, and then choose a password. If you need any assistance, our team is here to help—just give our office a call at 320-256-3680.
*Please Note: If you request your account number, it is generated in our system with an extra number and a dash at the end. When inputting your account number in your app or if running into issues during your set-up, make sure you take off the dash and number.
Example: Account Number 123456-1 should be entered as 123456 instead.
