We’d like to introduce you to Eileen Anderson, the Store Manager at St. Stephen Gas & Grocery. Eileen joined the St. Stephen Gas & Grocery team in August 2019. Meet Eileen
Managing St. Stephen Gas & Grocery involves a variety of leadership duties for Eileen. In her job as store manager Eileen stays busy fulfilling orders on a weekly basis, and managing her inventory. She is also responsible for scheduling, hiring, training, business, and overall operations of managing a busy store. At St. Stephen Gas & Grocery they make hot food daily like pizza, burgers, sub sandwiches, fries, mozzarella sticks, and more! Delicious bakery items like banana bread, muffins, rolls, cookies, and strudel, just to name a few, are also available. Eileen takes great pride in the food offerings!
Eileen has been in the convenience store business for 19 years, and has been a store manager since she was 24 years old. She worked as a manager for 13 years at one company in Colorado where her family lived for many years. Then moved to Minnesota 18 years ago. She started working in the St Stephen store location in August of 2019. Her favorite part of her job is the customers and working with people every day! Eileen likes to stay active, so she enjoys that her job keeps her constantly moving.
In her spare time, she loves scrapbooking and spending time with her grandsons. Eileen is a dedicated and important part of the St. Stephen Gas & Grocery and Rahn’s Oil & Propane team. We’re lucky to work with her. Say hello next time you visit St. Stephen Gas & Grocery!
